Information submitted through this website is collected so NZ HSE Compliance can respond to your enquiry, understand the requested service and arrange follow-up contact.

What may be collected

Your name, business, email, phone number, selected service and any information you include in the message. The service page used to submit the enquiry is also included so we can understand which support you were seeking.

How it is used

The information is used only for enquiry handling, proposal preparation and related business communication. It is not sold.

Storage and service providers

The site is hosted on Netlify and form submissions may be processed and stored through Netlify’s form service. Avoid submitting highly sensitive personal, medical, legal or incident evidence through the initial form. We can agree a suitable secure transfer method when required.

Website measurement

We use a Google Ads tag to measure visits and understand whether advertising leads to enquiries. We do not send your name, email, phone number, company name or message contents to Google through this measurement. Google may process device, browser and interaction information under its own privacy terms.

Access or correction

You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you by emailing g@nzhsecompliance.co.nz or replying to the communication you receive after submitting an enquiry.
