Before you enquire
ISO 9001 readiness: common questions
Is a project QMP the same as ISO 9001 certification?
No. A quality management plan usually addresses a project or contract. ISO 9001 concerns the organisation’s quality management system; certification requires a separate independent assessment.
Can you help with ITPs and NCRs?
Yes, where agreed in scope. We can help with inspection and test plans, non-conformance records and corrective-action processes tailored to the work.
Can we start without committing to certification?
Yes. You can improve the quality system first and decide later whether independent certification is commercially useful.
Who pays the certification body?
Certification services are separate from our consultancy. The proposal will make any external fees and exclusions clear before work begins.
